Here, tribute is paid to the greatest athletes of the Ronde. Figures who capture the imagination, who through sheer willpower and muscle power have put in monumental performances over the years. Here you cycle through the rich history of "Vlaanderens Mooiste", the Tour of Flanders. And become part of this piece of Flemish sporting heritage yourself.

From street to monument
The Ronde van Vlaanderenstraat in Kwaremont is 1.2 kilometres long. For 1,200 metres you are immersed in the race.

See ten life-size portraits of heroes who rode the opposition into the ground and so landed on the top step of the Ronde podium. Cycle over the kilometre-long roll of honour painted onto the road surface. And admire the mosaic made up of the 76 winners of the Ronde. You will find it at the Karel Van Wijnendaele monument, an emotional tribute to the icons of the cycling world.
