Maison du Pays des Collines

The Parc naturel du Pays des Collines is a hilly, mysterious region rich in legends and folk traditions. Its idyllic landscape is dotted with pollard willows, small copses, mills and winding footpaths.

Three wonderful art walks can be made in this area:

• Le Sentier de l'Etrange (the path of the strange): admire wonderful artworks by Watkyne and follow in the footsteps of Hercule Poirot, the witch Quintine and the devil...
• Le Sentier enchanté (the enchanted path): this path is inhabited by small, fairy-tale creatures.
• Le Circuit des Plantes médicinales (the medicinal plants trail): along this path you will discover countless medicinal herbs and magnificent sculptures.

At the Maison du Pays des Collines you can find information on walks, accommodation, cafés, restaurants, producers, craftspeople and events. You will also find tourist information about the region there:

• Maison des plantes médicinales - the house of medicinal plants,
• Jardins de la Grange
• Maison des randonneurs - the walkers' house
• a multimedia presentation on local traditions and
• a small shop selling local produce.
• It is also the starting point of the Le Sentier de l'Etrange walk.

Annual festival: Le Sabbat des sorcières (the witches' sabbath - last weekend of June)
